LIMPET

No tripping hazard as the unique Limpet has a flat dome shape - unlike the commonly used half clip which protrudes approx 19mm above the boards.
Minimal space between boards (12mm approx). Less gap than with half clip fittings and in permanent gratings.
No bolts protruding into lower platform - preventing possible head injuries.
Ease of servicing and maintenance. The bolts are replaceable and the unit is zinc coated for corrosion protection with optional high specification (FeZn5/FeZn8) coatings to withstand extreme offshore conditions. The bright finish also means that the Limpet is easily seen.
The Limpet is extremely strong, lightweight, neat and easily handled and can be used for securing double toe boards.
Special Features
Stops unauthorised tampering with boards as a scaffolding spanner is required to undo the fixing bolting - so eliminating one of the major causes of accidents in the construction industry.
Easily, quickly and safely installed. The Limpet is fixed in place by working from the boarded platform section using a scaffolding spanner, there is no need to reach or go below the platform.
One Limpet secures two boards simultaneously thereby halving the fixing time and number of fittings required.
