The company is acutely aware that the success of major projects depends heavily on detailed pre start planning and look to early involvement with the customer's project / design team to achieve sound working relationships, efficient contract progression and effective cost control.

The same standards of care and attention to detail are applied to the company's own Labour Only Services, with planning and control systems in place to ensure the customer meets his own targets financially and within his planning schedule.

To compliment the training of its operatives and to maintain its own high standards, safety is monitored on each site to underpin safety policy and scaffolds are regularly inspected to make sure that the highest possible standards of work are maintained.

Projects Maintenance Division

Industrialists, Local Authorities, private and public sector operations are all aware of the economic benefits of regular routine maintenance on plant, equipment and building. Accordingly Swale Scaffolding has established a Project Maintenance Division offering specialist services to this sector.

Generally a team of skilled operatives together with materials are located on site round-the-clock and liaise closely with the customers own maintenance team.

This gives immediate response facility, allowing maintenance programmes with strict time constraints (e.g. during shut-downs) to be achieved smoothly and efficiently with a high degree of flexibility and control.

Once again, pre-planning is essential in this area and Swale Scaffolding will look to involvement at the earliest possible stage in the development of the maintenance schedule.
